Speaking of animals, K9s - probably German Shepherds - are doing their part. Against a crowd of looters, I'd rather have dogs than guns. A gun can be taken away and used against you, which will not happen with a dog. nola.com "I gave our officers instructions to use whatever force is necessary," he said.
