I fully advocate getting all the people out that want to come out and then completely stripping the city of useable goods then Zero it down and relocate starting over on some land that is above Sea level.... it is the only rational thing to do.... also Fire the Mayor and his entire city govt staff, they are obviously incompetent of managing anything. regards
