You know, the toilets in the Superdome won't flush because the water has been turned off, but they could take buckets, dip them in the high water outside, and flush that way.

In case people don't know, one of the things you do in a hurricane is fill up the bathtubs and any buckets you have, so you can flush the toilets. They flush via gravity.

Until the sewage backs up. Then, I hope you have chemical toilets.
