You think private charity is going to correct the huge gulf between poor and rich that opened up in the last couple of decades? I wonder what Greenspan will tell Bush during their lunch. I suspect Greenspan will advice Bush to raise taxes to finance Katrina recovery rather than pile on debt, as usual.
