Gary, saw the news about the split. Still trying to figure why its splitting considering its current stock price. While I have not seen their cash position lately, I'm sure they're not hurting for it. Is a stock more attractive to an investor at $30.00 per share after it has split compared to $60.00, maybe? I agree with you that it could be bullish for the stock. I also like SUNW's expected alliance with ORCL on different projects. I have followed ORCL for a few years and they have an incredible earnings track record. Just another great market leader. Regarding research, I have my head buried in the WSJ during the week not to mention numerous other financial publications. Sometimes it works, other times I wonder why I shouldn't buy what I consider to market leader on a whim knowing that I'll be holding it for at least a few years. AMAT is a great company that I researched thoroughly before buying it and it has been a big disappointment for me over the past 10 months. It's too hard for the small guy to attempt to market time when you see the volatility of many tech stocks. Thanks for the info. Marty
