Dave,

Looks like the sale of the networking division to the prospective Taiwanese buyers fell through. It's good that MCDY was able to work down the remaining inventory to below 30 days. The previously announced charge for the discontinued operations will remain, though. I wonder if they'll ever get anything substantial for the remaining assets. Thanks for any info along those lines.

P.S. Does the telemetry division do a lot of business with Loral (LOR)?
