Brian, the best way to justify large price increases is to
purposefully limit supply. Distributors have capped the
amount of gas that they provide to their retailers whether
they have need of more or not. PRICE GOUGING...the Prez
needs to use the power of his authority to set gas and fuel
price caps to prevent blatant market manipulation. BB
