As I understand it the water has leveled out now.
If the level drops outside the break, the water level
will drop in the city.


The Army Engineers said late yesterday that the water has crested but not before there was a third break.

It's kinda ironic, but the people that have large
electric generators are oil companies. Think they
want to stop pumping oil and shut down rigs to supply
electricity and large pumps to the hurricane survivors?


The oil rigs and refiners are shut down. Don't know what they are doing with their generators.
