Dumbya is talking about conservation now (does he have Effingman's permission?) WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush said on Thursday the shutdowns of refineries in the Gulf Coast region because of Hurricane Katrina would bring a "temporary" disruption to the energy industry. He also called on Americans to conserve energy, saying they should avoid buying gasoline if they don't need it. Such a total son-of-a-Bush moron. As if people are buying gasoline so they can fill large tubs in their backyards and watch the gasoline evaporate!
