I have a few more shares than you so I can't forget about it. I don't know whether a takeover is imminent, but I'm confident that one will happen. A price spike on huge volume would be a nice indicator. I think the 1 - 1 1/4 is still the target. Don't forget they have huge NOLs besides a pure play on 31 fully-equipped CA centers. DIAM Q1 comes first, but the due diligence related to the FDI sale delayed it. It should hit EDGAR Monday or Tuesday of next week, which means you see it before me. PMDX Q2 comes 10 or so days later. Somebody has already been sneaking in.
