Sept will be big month for NW at La Julianna - results will dictate whether they make property payment due in Oct I guess .That was one of CKG obligations that they took over with the J/V.

Last Chance - who knows seems blue sky and we know so little about it - but would be nice

They need a big hit on one just to be able to pay for the work yet to be done
