Ted, Not when you defend incompetence or pretend it doesn't exist. Who said I'm defending incompetence? Lots of reasons why there's so much incompetence in all levels of American government, and Bush is just one part of it. Unless of course, you see Bush's aloof, laissez-faire attitude as a big liability, which I would agree to. Tenchusatsu
