You mean some smokehouse jerky? <g> I am marinating some pork tenderloin as we speak for three days in chinese sauce, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar and garlic powder. Going to smoke it for 10 hours on my wood pellet bar b q this weekend for some Chinese bar b q'd smoked pork. Yeah baby! It has a smoke setting. Costs a thousand bucks maybe a bit more for the deluxe unit. Beats any gas bar b q in the world.
