We could talk about your government but it sucks enough already. For your education, New Orleans is a city government. A city which is part of a county government. A county which is part of a state government. A state which is part of a republic of states forming a union which is our federal government. Now you've already jumped up to "it's the federal government's fault" for failing to police the city's citizens after 72 hours.... We use our federal troops as a last resort unlike most uncivilized countries which uses their troops to control elections or as their regular police force. We're not a police state unlike many countries...... Read our constitution some time....
