nra.org In case anybody wants to join me. A little background: The NRA is one of the oldest, largest, and most effective political action groups in the country. It is composed of responsible people who have a higher respect for the law, higher church attendance, higher voting rate, and higher rate of participation in civic affairs than the general population. I am a Life Member, but I've never been to a meeting, don't hang out with other members, and generally just keep to myself. I'm a life member because I support the ethics and principles of the NRA. It's a fine organization, knows where it stands, and defends freedom. It trains law enforcement organization in the proper use of firearms. Its president is a woman. Its immediate past president is a retired police chief.
