CYMI is king right now and they have the technology. Let us invest in CYMI where the return is sure. In fact I have 50% of my portfolio on Cymer. As you said X-rays/E-beam is unlikely for next 5 to 8 years for commerical use. I am sure CYMER also looking into these areas.
