Zenith's workers would not accept changes in their modus operandi. Thus making hard for management to consider making products a la Sony.

Zenith might have old plants in a certain location making that became part of the society. Thus making brothers and sisters and father and sons, husband and wife most of their workforce

Zeinth might have promoted from within, then management was part of the problem.

All that point to a company that cannot change. Its only future is to go belly up.

The Japanese had a country devastated and would accept anything to go ahead. Zenith had no chance!
