Joe,

I do feel lucky that I sold some of my holdings. Looking at volume
in past two days it seems more like profit taking (or shakeout of weak
hands like mine) than smart money exiting the stock. Any insider
info leak would have resulted in larger sell off on much higher volume.

However, the company is awfully quite of recent. That is worrisome
to me. May be they are waiting to announce deals somewhat before
the earnings (hopefully beating the street) to keep the momentum
going so that the stock can reach 28+. That is when they covert bonds
to stock. All speculation on my part.
