only 5-7k people in the dome with the doors now shut.

no food except fruit and drinks.

no way the rest of the 25k is going to the dome let alone get a meal or anything else, anytime soon. all of them are still wearing their flood clothes. whole familes, some in the dome, some on the bus.

not enough volunteers to serve these people either, let alone national guard or anyone else.

at this rate, downtown houston will be a riot zone by sunrise.
