What did the US of A do to deserve the dregs of society in the WH? What?

The FEMA director should stop going on camera. He looks dopey and rather slow and, most of all, pretty much lacking in concern. He's not as bad as Bush who smirks and laughs when he's talking about the disaster but he's bad enough.
