New Orleans Is The New Iraq For The MSM Polipundit I will probably not be able to blog again until Saturday or later. In my opinion, the big story during that time will be the crappy news coverage that I have watched for the past 24 hours. New Orleans is the new Iraq – right down to the looting. There will be no progress made in New Orleans that will be shown on any MSM outlet, and there will be no good news to be reported (although there are thousands risking their lives at this very moment to save victims of Katrina) and it will all be George W. Bush’s fault. It will be said that there are not enough troops there – just like in Iraq. And heaven only knows what will break loose if Halliburton gets the honor of assisting with any part of the relief or rebuilding effort. It is only too damn predictable. -- Lorie Byrd polipundit.com
