To all: The 10 September Wall Street Journal featured a front page
article on Nafta with many of those elusive facts and figures. I
only scanned the article but it seemed to make the case that more
than a few workers are less willing to opppose Nafta this time
around as the benefits of foreign trade become more visible to
them. There was a list showing, in dollar terms, that more States
were benefitting than losing under Nafta.
