Yes indeed, the most inept President. His damn brain has been fried by alcoholism. Why the hell did he go to NO. Couldn't plan the Iraq war. And now he has demonstrated his leadership skills in the relief efforts. We can never forget the leadership Clinton demonstrated during the floods in the midwest.
