It's the unknowns as to regards of the nature and circumstances of a particular nightmare that make a plan hard to prepare. I don't know that one can really properly prepare because sure as shat some curve will be thrown at you. I guess you just plan the best you can and hope you got it right. Certainly doing something is better than no plan at all. Those in NO demonstarte a point.

Poor is not good.
Sick family will create problems with evacuation.

Solution:

HAVE MONEY and ACT FAST! HAVE OUTSIDE CONTACTS THAT CAN AND WILL COME TO YOUR AID.
