OT> My wife in Nashville is working today to assist families living in their cars, who have evacuated Louisiana and Mississippi . . . some of which having nothing to go back to. . .and I am coordinating a grassroots relief effort to address their immediate needs from my office in Ohio. By handing the families gift cards to Wal-Mart, Freds, etc., they can buy whatever food, clothing, pharmacies, etc, they need. Gas cards and a special discount card, good for free meals at area restaurants, car services, showers, supplies, etc. will no doubt be most appreciated.
We hope to make this a model for other communities of the South. I will be asking friends and neighbors to direct donations to a PayPal account (info@viewresearch.com) available to my wife. She will make sure it gets directly into the hands that need it most by personally handing them an envelope containing the gift cards, special area card and cash.
