Clearly, this is another negative development. If it was a cost issue (many smaller companies are buckling under the weight of the high SOX 404 fees that the big 4 and next 3 (including Grant Thornton) are charging), CTIC would have a successor independent accounting firm lined up and would have announced it in conjunction with this announcement. The resignation bodes ill--either difficulty in receiving payment or other, more insidious going on. quid
