Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

It's easy to place blame and easier to forget that the scale of the calamity is huge. It is unbelievably difficult to cope with a mess of this magnitude.

If it had not happened, there would have been people complaining about the cost of preparing for the disaster we've had.

If it's not one thing, it's another.

The blame game works in all directions. Arm chair quarterbacks are always right. Effective people roll up their sleeves and deal with the reality of what is on the ground.
