I first saw this guy on TV prior to the disaster when the hurricane was getting near and got some pretty bad vibes within a minute. "Incompetent" I said to my wife right there. I see. You got bad vibes when you heard the Mayor speak who happens to be black and a Dem [apparently, you all checked that issue out early on]. But you don't get any bad vibes when the white fatass GOPer from MS speaks or the snake oil salesman from FEMA does his tap dance. BTW it was the white fatass who led the charge for Bush against the Kyoto protocol. For all your alleged command of languages, you don't know squat.
