Fats Domino is missing:
Concerns over fate of blues singer after hurricane

FEARS are growing that Fats Domino may have become a victim of Hurricane Katrina.

The 76-year-old singer and pianist, whose string of hits include Blueberry Hill and Blue Monday, lives with his wife Rosemary and eight children in a three-storey house in an area of New Orleans that is now under water.

On Monday afternoon, Domino telephoned his manager and told him he would "ride out the storm" at home. He has not been heard from since.
