Every level of govt failed the people of NO so far (IMO). If someone is told to go to XYZ(the Superdome), and they follow directions, they should not have to wait 4 or 5 days for assistance. This sets a bad precedent for future disasters.....I am not sure I would listen next time and possibly put myself in a situation where I and my family are trapped.
