Not a single Bushie has been fired in 5 years despite all the terrible failures and corruption. The only ones fired or pushed out were those who told the truth, like Paul O'Neill. This proves the Bushies are completely avoiding reality, covering up the truth and have no stomach to police themselves. Hence, we get a disaster like in New Orleans. because nobody does anything unless the president tells them, and the president is usually on vacation or asleep at the wheel.
