At least drop off pallets of food and water. I mean, if we can do this in the middle of Afghanistan, why not in NO? The past few days do not inspire confidence in the govt.....hopefully the coming days they will prove themselves. FWIW, the corruption is disgusting in the NOPD. 20% and plus in some parishes of police are turning in their badges. But then again, perhaps I shouldn't judge too harshly.
