......A critical question is whether these companies will have to pay royalties to NVEC.The answer from industry experts I respect is yes. For example, Dr. Herb Goronkin, retired vice president of Motorola, had this to say: "NVE has produced a steady stream of patents on MRAM materials, devices and circuits… one can certainly imagine the possibility of infringement" by companies about to manufacture MRAM.........
