Good prediction...
I dunno about the 10,000 lives YET but very possible into the thousands...The $100 billion is a pretty good bet. The Tsunami was 236,000 dead BTW, but they had no warning.

If the government could retro-repeal the $500k RE piggy bank they gave out they would have the $100 billion.

The joke was the news media saying New Orleans was spared because the track was slightly east of the city...and good ole Shepard Smith of FOX bragging how the French quarter avoided being flooded. Then the "fun" started.
