Might want to buy some grain futures. Grain shippers have alternatives - eg. The port of Duluth. Shippers abandoned Duluth in the 70's after a long bitter strike at the hight of the shipping season burned them so badly they started using alternatives. However, the infrastructure is still here.

Midwestern farmers felt the sting of Katrina yesterday as grain prices fell on word that harvests cannot be sent by barge down the Mississippi River for export.
