mrci.com In Arkansas, they cannot raise the price because they are running out. You'll get a visit from the AG if someone calls them complaining and you'll have to produce your receipts showing your costs are higher on the fuel you're selling. Basically a govt regulated profit margin. Maybe you could ask around where you are at why they jumped up their prices on gas they already have in the ground they purchased at a lower price? Hell, call your AG and ask. Tell them I sent you. Give them a copy of this: ag.state.ar.us Like John mentioned, one station said they were out so they could sell it the next day for much more.
