It seems 4 years after 9/11 something should have been learned by now. What has happened in NO isn't that far from the sort of disaster a terrorist attack might create. The response by homeland security has been under whelming so far. Its no wonder the terrorists are laughing on their web sights. The mighty United States looks like Somalia. Bush totally impotent.
