Well let's blame who actually had the power during a time frame. Bush, his nazi cohorts and his Repugnican Fema appointees and his neo con hatchet men, Where is Rove for instance, are fully 100% responsible for stories like this that follow. Inept in Iraq, inept in New Orleans, inept in balancing a budget they control the senate and the Presidency, let's see how their popularity is after this: <<<<<New Orleans (37 comments ) It is reported that black hurricane victims in New Orleans have begun eating corpses to survive. Four days after the storm, thousands of blacks in New Orleans are dying like dogs. No-one has come to help them. I am a sixty-four year old African-American. New Orleans marks the end of the America I strove for. I am hopeless. I am sad. I am angry against my country for doing nothing when it mattered. This is what we have come to. Sleep easy knowing how well your Bible thumping Christian leader is leading. Of course he can't get the helos and equipment he needs to New Orleans on time as most of it is over protecting Iraq. Tom
