To those on the ground, affected by the hurricane fast is never fast enough. That is understandable. But it takes a few days to roll out the federal govt. assistance as you see it now streaming in. It looks to me the local govt. had their thumbs up their butts waiting on the feds. The local and state is the first line of defense, and should be able to control a tragedy at least a few days. To blame Bush is just stupid.
