I think we'd have seen Bill Clinton wading around New Orleans the day after Katrina. His motives would have been impure, but he'd have BEEN there. The FEMA he and Witt built and the chimp destroyed would have been ON THE CASE with the 36 hour notice that the storm would hit New Orleans.

Today, the chimp flew OVER New Orleans in the Marine One Helicopter, then back to the airport where AF1 was waiting to get him the hell out of there. Really inspiring leadership.
