Why hold Bush responsible? That makes no sense...

It has all to do with the poor management of the New Orleans Mayor and the State Governor, they've done absolutely nothing and clearly were not prepared to do anything under any circumstances, they were not proactive... what I see in New Orleans today is a disgrace upon the community leadership, no one else is responsible... for a city that is already below sea level in the first place and right in hurricane alley, it is beyond belief that the leadership in that city and State were not more prepared for this... that's where the blame rests...

The hurricane itself was the first storm, but the looting, rape, murder, homelessness, dispair, and the entire human tragedy is the second storm, and I suspect it will take many years before the people in that area could recover from the second storm, it may take a life time...
