Yep, The local media stations here have a place set up, you come in and show your ID and get what you need. Some are staying at the fair grounds and Ft Chaffee has been mentioned. Seems barracks would be a lot better than a floor at a sports arena... A thought for me was prisoners are treated better than the people displaced from the coast; we do need to work on rearranging some priorities....
