The screw up rate, though lamentable, seems about normal to me. Hindsight is of no use to the victims. It can only be used to develop better plans for the future.

I like to think I am bright and ahead of the game, but I never considered the interaction of lawlessness interfering with a relief operation in New Orleans. If I had, you would have seen me posting on the issue. Of course now it seems all so obvious it should have been considered.

Meanwhile, what does some guy who was pro the war in Afghanistan and against the Invasion in Iraq, have to consider about this guy..

edition.cnn.com

My initial thought is he seems to think atrocities are OK as he decided to commit them too.

The muslim community are very much part of this country now. Generally they are a welcome addition to it, I have many friends who are muslims, even from Iran & Iraq etc. No way do I place them on "enemy status".

We had Lord "Haw Haw" during WW2, plus many more. Every sect and nation has it's traitors.

The trouble with cyberken and co is it seems more than half the population of the USA are now the "enemies".
