The WTC tragedy was punctuated by COURAGE from police, firemen, and individual heros who stepped forward, without being asked-or "assured of funding"-from a far away federal government. New Orleans is punctuated by people screaming obscenities at arriving rescue personnel, while their "mayor" screams about Bush and the government through a media megaphone...
