Yes, that is interesting, isn't it? In fact, some of them are saying that Bush should have shredded the Constitution and federal law, bypassed the duly elected state and local governments, come in with federal troops and evacuated the city by force before the hurricane hit. Can you imagine what they would be saying now if he actually attempted such a thing?
