Right. And the reason why it wasn't distributed is? Supplies didn't get into Slidell and the other damaged areas until Thursday. There still are areas in Mississippi and Alabama that haven't gotten food or water. As far as your theory about all the roads being out, are those busses flying in? I10 was passable from early on.
