and that list would be? This? "9-11, Iraq, WMD's lies, Katrina, letting Osama go, Rovegate, Delay's corruption, election fraud, pollution rights, $4 gasoline, trillions in new debt."

Fact is, there are plenty of active duty troops on hand despite Iraq, they just weren't put in sooner (and I think this about covers all your "reasons").
