Bruce I totally agree with you.
There are no warnings like 'next one like this and you are banned' as they should be.

There are bans for personal reasons (disagree on something)

Respectfull persons (were) are banned: Condor, Goldsheet, before Chanuk Dave... (I don't know others from current list)

You don't even know the reason. Condor asked if this are your words and he is gone...

But yet, moderator takes a lot of freedom in his wording...

When some of us were complaining about too much politic here and fighting he was banning us or sugesting us to leave, but now he was prowed wrong when admin had to act.

Kinnda undemocratic rules here.

I think that we should all start using more CD thread which is polite and WELL moderated. But Tom is calling his thread Ormetal stocks then you and CC are here and the rest with us following you. Tom then thinks how he is so popular and that he is good moderator.

Anyway thank you, that you suggested the right thing. When I did last time (case of Chanuk Dave) he (Tom) became mean and disrespectfull to me. He don't care what comunity think. He don't respect others. Yet he is runing into the troubbles listening only himself.

Hopefully you will stand up more time since you and CC (hopefully) had more weight in his eyes. I wish other would complain more often when Tom is doing unfair moves.

I won't be abble now since I will probbably now be banned too.
