That's right. Now you're getting it. Now move on up to the next step. The levees were breached because they were not in the best of condition. Now this is the tough one for you to deal with.....so sit down.....money kept getting cut by Bush that was meant for the improvements to those levees so that he would have enough money for the failing war in Iraq and his tax cuts to the rich. That may or may not have made a difference.......we will never know......but given the current mood of Americans, guess who will take the blame.
