Way I understand it, it depends on which "modern" diesel your speaking of & where. I understand there are industrial which can burn far loser grades than road machines. but welcome better info. I think kerosene still comes off above all grades diesel with jet fuels yet above kerosene. Guess that would say a for sure "maybe"..... I'd bet real problem would be collecting of road taxes......
